Terms of Service

This is a cultural-education platform composing readings based on classical Chinese metaphysics. Composition is AI-assisted under practitioner curation. Available content: free Basic reading (1 per email, lifetime), paid Detailed reading via credits, optional research programme, dictionary, essays. The service is offered AS IS — see No Warranty below.

• You must be at least 18 years old
• One email address per person
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in link safe
• Each account may hold one (yourself) plus up to four (4) additional persons; birth-data fields may be amended once per account, lifetime
• Accurate birth data is your responsibility — we cannot verify whether the time you provide is correct

When a reading is delivered to you, you may read it, save it, print it, and share it privately with friends or family for non-commercial reflection. You may not resell the reading, republish it for profit, or pass it off as your own work. We retain copyright in the engine, the curated corpus, the system prompts, and the underlying methodology — those are not licensed to you.

• Do not enter knowingly false birth data to evade the once-per-email free-Basic limit
• Do not attempt to extract our corpus, prompts, or AI inputs through scraping or model-extraction attacks
• Do not use the service for stalking, harassment, or compiling profiles of third parties without their consent
• Do not use the service to make legal, medical, or financial decisions about a third party — the disclaimer applies

• Credits are sold in A$ (Australian Dollars). A$1 ≈ 1 credit.
• A Detailed reading consumes 30 credits when composed.
• Basic readings are offered free as a courtesy, capped at 1 per email address, lifetime.

• Brand marks — "Finn Tang", "Finn Tang's Reading Studio", 鏡齋, 銘鏡, 命書, 銘鏡硏究, and The Hallmark Institute belong to Goldman Global Financial Pty Ltd
• Source texts — classical works (淵海子平, 三命通會, 子平真詮, etc.) are in the public domain; our curation, translation, and interpretation layered on top are our copyright
• Engine — the composition pipeline, system prompts, and curated corpus are trade secrets and are not licensed to users

The service is provided AS IS, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that a reading will accurately predict the future or describe lived experience. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability — the site may be down for maintenance or affected by outages of our third-party processors.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the greater of (a) A$50 or (b) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Statutory consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded — see the Payment & Refund Policy.

You may close your account at any time via the account page or by emailing cto@goldmanglobal.com.au. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms (acceptable use, fraud, abuse). Unused credits at the time of voluntary closure are refundable on request, less Stripe processing fees; unused credits at the time of suspension for cause are forfeit.

We may update these Terms; the effective date at the top changes when we do. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales. If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms continues in effect.
